The image of Saint John Baptiste Marie Vianney

The image of Saint John Baptiste Marie Vianney, which is prominently displayed above to the right of the Te Deum logo, has been commissioned by the Te Deum Foundation. The artist is Mr. Louis Guidetti.

Louis Guidetti is an American artist from North Carolina. Mr. Guidetti has studied at Lorenzo de Medici's School of Art and the Florence Academy of Art. He has studied under Daniel Graves. In addition, Mr. Guidetti studioed in the Piazza Donatello in Florence. Mr. Guidetti worked out of Tannery Row Artist Colony in Buford, Georgia and now works out of his own studio in Winston-Salem, NC.

Mr. Guidetti is a devout Catholic, interested in decorating churches with fine, religious art. He believes that it is necessary in one's faith to have visual aids in addition to the Scriptures for spiritual growth.

The Te Deum Foundation graciously thanks Louis Guidetti for his assistance in the Foundation's Year for Priest project.
