The Board of Directors

According to Article II §2 of the Bylaws of the Te Deum Foundation, "The officers shall consist of a President, Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. These officers shall comprise the Board." The Board also consists of two Trustees, who are members appointed to assist with the direction of the Foundation.
